The red Zouina comes from an unusual blend of suppleness and greed. Notes of very ripe red fruits testify to a beautiful aromatic complexity achieved thanks to this unusual blend.
Well with red meat, couscous, kefta
The vineyard covers 115 hectares. Cypress and olive trees surround and protect our vines in this ancient land that gives off a unique signature.
We have selected the best grape varieties: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo for red wines; Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Viognier and Vermentino for whites; Caladoc, Mourvèdre and Marselan for rosés.
They all express the power and the delicacy of our terroir.
In a constant quest for quality, we are now trying to convert the vineyard to organic farming.
Situated at the foot of Mount Zehroun, on the Gharb plain, Volubilis is an ancient city founded by the Berbers in the 3rd century BC. The name comes from the purple Ipomoea species that grew on the banks of the Khuman River at that time.
