Right of withdrawal

Purchases of Seven Sun Travel UG are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree which guarantees the right of withdrawal. To exercise this right returns must be intact, preferably in original packaging. Damaged or altered products will not be accepted. The options are exercisable within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To do this the customer must send an email to info@marokko-urlaub.com indicating:

invoice number
order number
order date
the product or products towards which the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the product reporting code,
the bank details (IBAN) to be used for repayment.
The customer will receive a confirmation via e-mail and then agree with the store on the return mode, which must take place within 14 days of receipt of notice.
For returning the order, Seven Sun Travel UG will send a courier in the place indicated by the customer to collect the goods, which must be in original or equivalent packaging, provided they are suitable for delivery by courier.
The shipping costs will be charged to the customer who benefits of the right of withdrawal:

€ 10,00 for packages up to 6 bottles
€ 14,00 for packaging from 7 to 12 bottles
€ 14.90 per packaging 13 to 18 bottles
€ 15.90 per pack from 19 to 24 bottles
€ 20.00 per pack of 25 to 36 bottles
€ 22.00 per pack from 37 to 42 bottles
€ 24.00 per pack from 43 to 48 bottles
€ 25.00 per pack from 49 to 66 bottles
€ 35.00 per pack from 67 to 72 bottles.
