Sahara Gris des Sables is an Algerian wine in a delicate pale pink colour with bright reflections. It develops notes of citrus fruits such as grapefruit with a hint of lemon on the finish.

The grapes for this wine come from the area west of Oran. They grow on sandy terroir on calcareous subsoil and enjoy a Mediterranean climate.

Harvested by hand, this rosé is obtained by direct pressing. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to allow the aromas to develop optimally.

Saint Augustin is an intense deep red of great brilliance. Delicious aromas of black fruits mingle with hints of menthol, giving the wine a pleasant freshness. The palate is full and generous with silky tannins and a long lasting finish.

This wine comes from a terroir near Sidi Bel Abbés in western Algeria. The unique climate of the Tessala Mountains combined with the siliceous limestone soils produces wines of outstanding ripeness and freshness.

Production follows both traditional and modern methods. After the hand harvest, the grapes ferment in small thermo-regulated vats. The maceration time is relatively long to give the wine depth.

This blend of Grenache and Cinsault gives this wine suppleness and fruitiness. Fleur d'Aboukir is very well balanced and has a very elegant finish. It is a suitable wine to discover the sweetness of Algerian wines.
 

The Dahra appellation is located about a hundred kilometres east of Oran, between the Zaccar Mountains and Mostaganem. This terroir is characterised by sandy soils on a limestone base and an average altitude of 300m.
 

After manual harvesting and sorting, the grapes are put into vats and vinified under control of fermentation temperatures.

The Koutoubia has a beautiful deep and intense colour. The nose offers scents of ripe red fruits. The palate is elegant and shows supple tannins that express the character of the terroir. The richness of the Grenache and the fruitiness of the Cinsault give a unique typicity to a great Algerian wine.

The slopes of Mascara are located 90 km southeast of Oran at an altitude of 750 m on a silty-sandy soil. This terroir is favourable to sun exposure for the vines and is ideal for obtaining concentrated and aromatic grapes.

The entire harvest is picked and sorted by hand. Bottling takes about 20 days. Several pump-overs are carried out to extract the colour and tannins and to oxygenate the yeasts. The Koutoubia is aged for 15 months before being bottled.

Coteaux de Mascara is full-bodied, seducing by the intensity of its aromas of spices (cinnamon, pepper, liquorice) and dried fruits (dried figs, prunes, dried apricots) as well as by the harmony of its body.
 

The Coteaux de Mascara are located on the Benichougrane Mountains, 350 km west of Algiers, at an altitude of 650 to 950 m. This terroir, favourably exposed to the sunshine of the vines, is ideal for obtaining concentrated and aromatic grapes.
 

Manual harvesting and sorting, followed by crushing and crushing of the grapes. The blending of grape varieties is carried out during the vatting process with natural yeast.

The region of Tlemcen is located 150 km west of Oran, the vine is grown in the mountains at an altitude of 700 to 800 m. The climate is cool and dry.

The soils are sandstone mixed with marl, and rest on a limestone parent rock.
 

The grapes are picked by hand. After a complete de-stemming, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and the long maceration in vats allows the full potential of this exceptional wine to be expressed.

Here the term "Président" stands for the French winegrower who fled from phylloxera and settled in Maghreb as a wine-growing estate owner in the middle of the 19th century.
The cuvée comes from the varieties of the southern Rhône: Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Syrah. All grapes belong to the guaranteed AOG growing areas of Algeria: Mascara, Dahra, Tessalah, Tlemcen, Médéa or Zaccar.
