This blend of Grenache and Cinsault gives this wine suppleness and fruitiness. Fleur d'Aboukir is very well balanced and has a very elegant finish. It is a suitable wine to discover the sweetness of Algerian wines.
The Dahra appellation is located about a hundred kilometres east of Oran, between the Zaccar Mountains and Mostaganem. This terroir is characterised by sandy soils on a limestone base and an average altitude of 300m.
After manual harvesting and sorting, the grapes are put into vats and vinified under control of fermentation temperatures.
