An estate that extends over 800 hectares in the Romani valley. About sixty kilometres from Rabat, in the Zaêrs region. On this territory (Merchouch site) renowned for its black (tirs) and reddish (hamri) soil, an estate called La Ferme Rouge has been contributing to Morocco's viticultural history since 1908.
The red grape vines are planted on southwest facing slopes. The main red grape varieties planted in the estate are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cinsault, Carignan, Syrah, Tempranillo, Malbec, Merlot, Tannat...
For its part, the vineyard of the whites is planted on ancient sands and clay-limestone prientés south-west also. The varieties of this vineyard consist mainly of Sauvignon, Chardonay and Viognier.
