Sunny and delicious white wine with aromas of pastry (butter, brioche), young fruits (apricots, almonds) and candied fruits (citrus and exotic fruits); nice amplitude for a fat and delicate wine with a fine acidity tension.

Production: 4000 bottles. Plot: "Dalia blanca borgona", 4000 vines/ha, planted in 2002 and cultivated in single vineyard, handpicked. Production site: Domaine de la Zouina, commune of Aït Bourzouine, El Hajeb-Meknès; AOG Guerrouane (Morocco).

Vinification: Harvest reception in cold storage (24h), sorting on the table, fermentation in new barrels, ageing in barrel (8-12 months).
