The colour is a deep purple with a beautiful brilliance. Blackcurrant and cherry aromas are fully expressed with Raïs, with a hint of spice (liquorice) that brings all its intensity to this wine.
The palate is ample and generous, with silky tannins, for a grand finale all in elegance.
The region of Tlemcen is located 150 km west of Oran, the vine is grown in the mountains at an altitude of 700 to 800 m. The climate is cool and dry.
The soils are sandstone mixed with marl, and rest on a limestone parent rock.
The grapes are picked by hand. After a complete de-stemming, the fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and the long maceration in vats allows the full potential of this exceptional wine to be expressed.
