Koutoubia rosé has a beautiful and brilliant pale pink colour. It develops aromas of raspberry, citrus fruit (mandarin) with a hint of white flowers. Its savoury mouth has a lively and persistent finish.

Coming from the south-east of Oran, this wine comes from sandy soils on a limestone base and benefits from a Mediterranean climate.

Harvested by hand, this rosé is obtained by direct pressing, as soon as it enters the cellar. Fermentation takes place at low temperature (16-18°C) in order to express the full aromatic range of this wine.
