This rosé wine is a cuvée of Cinsault and Grenache grapes from the Walima vineyard on the Ain Lorma estate about 120 km from Rabat at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. The wine is of a pale rosé with the scent of raspberries and fresh herbs. The wine tastes fresh and delicate and is delicious as an aperitif. It also goes well with light fish dishes, pasta and salads.
