The aromatic concentration of ripe fruit is superb. On the nose it is the date and figs that intermingle. Highlighted by lively and peppery notes, this wine offers a beautiful aromatic complexity. The palate is very full and rich with tannins that structure the whole. This is a wine to be kept between 5 and 8 years to take full advantage of its potential.

Processing of the carefully harvested grapes at their fullest ripeness. Manual sorting of the grapes, then of the berries. Slow fermentation, protected from the air. Cold maceration and secondary fermentation for 20 days. Maturation of 25% in barrels and 75% in vats for 18 months. Bottling without filtration.
